Return and Refund Policy – GGB Bloom
At GGB Bloom, we are committed to making every gifting experience special and satisfying. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly assist you with a return and refund.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact (unless the return is due to a damaged/defective or incorrect item).
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
- Item is damaged upon delivery
- Item received is incorrect (wrong product, size, color, or variant)
Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or other non-defect related reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery via:
- Provide your:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue (showing damage or incorrect item)
- Any additional details requested by our support team
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label or pickup arrangement.
- Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back as instructed.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 2–5 business days), we will process your refund if the return meets our policy conditions.
The refund amount will be credited back to the same online payment method/account used for the original purchase (such as credit/debit card, mobile wallet, or bank account).
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
