Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. GGB Bloom reserves the right to accept or reject any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasons.

4. Payment

We currently accept payments through:

  • JazzCash
  • EasyPaisa
  • Bank Transfer
  •  NO Cash on Delivery (COD)

All payments are processed securely. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, or service fees (if any) will be calculated during checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

GGB Bloom delivers across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery time is 6–7 business days depending on your location and product availability. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For same-day or urgent delivery requests in Lahore, availability may vary depending on order timing and product availability.

Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, and packaging must remain intact
  • Proof of issue (photos/videos) may be required

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Used or damaged products caused after delivery

To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order details.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

7. Intellectual Property
